The one in Dallas ain't the only of its kind; a lady there has been knitting little 'mon and tucking them away in all kinds of Go-places. Now that I know to look for them, maybe a trip to TX might be worth my while...? :-]

However...just because there are Pokés to be found doesn't mean every Trainer has equal access to them. *bg*

Actually, the "No"-slash through the Pokéball got the message across ~~the border between Germany and Randomania~~ just fine.

You can also keep people from Pokémonning all over your stadium by just making the PokéStops inaccessible by mere mortals...

Yeah - I think the definition of "memorable places" seems to be a bit murky. There's a pokestop in Auschwitz too... I know that Niantic reacted to suggestions of players. Either way, there's some room for improvement for some of those 'stops.
Other places, on the other hand, don't get any stops at all.

Our Go-ers' biggest complaint is the lack of PokéStops in rural areas. This country is vast, and it's not all city. Save the Earth!! Put PokéStops in "flyover country", give those folks something to do besides get bitter about being disregarded, and you might avoid another tRump. Sheesh, even my trailer park gets more 'mon than they do.
